You Are An ISFJ.
Let's dig into how to make this work for you in love, career and life
ISFJs end up becoming experts on the people in their lives.
Of all the types, ISFJ is the most willing to sacrifice itself for the good of their loved ones.
ISFJs are great at accepting people and situations. They understand that our unique experiences over time shape us into the people we are.

With a natural ability to understand individual human needs, ISFJs craft a world for those they love that is caring, socially supportive, and special. They are the reliable friend, parent, boss, or child that allows other people to feel rested and secure in their space. They do this by creating routines and tradition to provide continuity for others.

Because they focus on stability and tradition, an ISFJ may become overwhelmed by too much social change too quickly.
"The Unacknowledged Struggles of the ISFJ Personality Type "
Do you struggle to assert yourself, or ever feel that other people take advantage of you (even if it isn't intentional)?

ISFJs hate hurting other people's feelings, and may hide their own to keep peace.

ISFJs face other challenges too:
  • ISFJs are real people persons and generally love to socialize with others. Sometimes though, they can feel a little overwhelmed by social occasions and want to retreat back into their safe place.
  • As natural caretakers, ISFJs are used to putting the needs of others first. So much so, that they can often neglect their own needs and become a little resentful if they feel other people are taking them for granted.
  • ISFJ personalities tend to stick to doing things they know they’ll enjoy, this can lead to being closed off to new opportunities and experiences. This is especially true if they have a preconceived negative view of what may happen.
  • If an ISFJ has had a bad experience at an event, they are unlikely to want to give the same experience another try, even if they’re more likely to enjoy the event the second time around. They will forever attach bad memories to the event.
  • Oftentimes, ISFJs absorb the emotional energy of those around them. While this is great when surrounded by happy, positive people, they can often feel obligated to help others fix problems in their lives and end up taking on a share of their stress and anxiety.
  • The word “no” doesn’t factor very highly in the lives of ISFJs. In their bid to caring for and trying to please others, they can become prone to overcommitting themselves. This leads to an increase in their stress levels.
At Personality Hacker, we've worked with hundreds of ISFJs who have faced and overcome these challenges and others.

And today, we want to help you do the same.
“How ISFJs Win Big (or Lose Big) in Business, Romance, and LIFE"
The first step to hacking your personality to achieve massive growth and success in all areas of your life is understanding it.

Let's start with your four letters. What do they mean?
  • For you, the internal world is the 'real world'. The real world for Extroverted (E) types is the external world.
  • You focus on what you observe with your 5+ senses. Intuitive (N) types focus on meaning and pattern recognition.
  • You make decisions using personal criteria like human emotions and dynamics. Thinking (T) types prioritize impersonal criteria like data and metrics.
  • You prefer structure around you to free your mind and thoughts. Perceiving (P) types prefer freedom in the world around them and create structure internally.
You may already be familiar with the four letters above.

Most personality tests, articles, and websites spend a lot of time focused on the behaviors ISFJs show the world.

When it comes to personality types this is just the tip of the iceberg .

Ready to go deeper - past your behaviors - to see HOW your mind is wired?

Let's look into the actual mental wiring of your ISFJ mind.

The four letter code ISFJ gives us a key into the cognitive functions your mind uses to learn information and make decisions.

The easiest way to explain these is with "The Car Model".

Let’s pretend your mind is a four passenger vehicle.

These four ‘passengers' represent four distinct mental processes which influence you the most.

Here is how they're arranged:
In the front seat you have the Driver. This is the most developed function of your personality. You spend most of your time here naturally because it puts you into flow.

Next, there's the Co-Pilot. This is your second strongest function which supports your Driver and is very important for you to develop to achieve growth.

Behind this, there's the 10 Year Old. This function shows up with the maturity of a 10 Year old. While important, without working on it this can become your go-to Defensive Position.

Finally, there's the 3 Year Old. This is your least mature function. Its influence over you is unconscious and yet is often the source of your life's aspiration.
"Inside the Mind of the ISFJ: Your Four Cognitive Functions"
YOUR Driver is Introverted Sensing.(Nickname: "Memory")

Memory is about taking in information then post processing. A review process as opposed to in the moment.

YOUR 3 Year Old is Extraverted Intuition
(Nickname: "Exploration").

When ISFJs are safe they can have a very exploratory side to them. They can be into creativity and possibilities thinking.
YOUR Co-Pilot is Extraverted Feeling
(Nickname: "Harmony")

ISFJs are good at understanding human relationships and dynamics. They are sensitive to emotional interplay and dynamics. It becomes the way they make decisions.
YOUR 10 Year Old is Introverted Thinking
(Nickname: "Accuracy")

Accuracy is concerned with metrics and data. It is void of emotional connection. In the 10 year old level, the data comes down to things like the size of a casserole dish or making sure everything is optimized for memory creation. It can come up as perfectionism.
Here's What Your Functions Look Like using the Car Model:
Deep dive into cognitive functions to discover how your mind is wired.
Gain powerful and applicable insights to craft a personal development path tailored to you.
Bring your optimized self as a true partner in your relationships and become self-determined in your career.
"Three Things You Can Do Today to Reach Epic Levels Of Growth"
First, starting today, you need to dedicate careful time and attention to developing your co-pilot function of Extraverted Feeling ("Harmony").

This is the #1 thing you can do to grow right now.

Without a strong co-pilot, you're going to stay stuck in the same place with the same old challenges.

Second, you need to become aware of your 10 Year Old Introverted Thinking("Accuracy") and how it hijacks your personality, steering you away from where you actually want to go.

Developing strategies for dealing with this, and getting yourself back on track is essential to success.

Third, your 3 Year Old Extraverted Intuition ("Exploration") needs attention too. Learn how to give your 3 Year Old function what it needs to keep you safe, healthy, and on the right track.

If you ignore your 3 Year Old it will find unhealthy ways to get your attention.

Now we've got some good news and bad news.

The good news is that some people naturally learn to do all three of these over a lifetime.

The bad news is that even for them this can take years and years of pain, frustration, and missed opportunities before they figure it out.

Fortunately at Personality Hacker, we have developed a shortcut.

We've assisted hundreds of ISFJs in developing their personality. We want to work with you too.
Imagine becoming the best possible version of an ISFJ.

That is why I am so grateful for your very honest thoughts!

I discovered that I truly am an ENTP!"
- Lauren
"The simplicity and usability of the information has been remarkable. Together we were able to create breakthroughs in a matter of months where we had been stuck for years."
